If you need to stop maintaining synchronicity between an Odin resource and a ConnectWise Product, you'll need to undo the link between them.


  • Locate the Company, Agreement and Resource, and then Clear the relation by selecting the "Unset Relation" button.


  • You'll be then prompted to confirm this request.
