Aggregation Resources Support

IDSync will now support the aggregation of Ingram resources that can then be mapped and synchronized with a single ConnectWise product.

A representative example of this type of aggregation is Microsoft Advance Threat Protection. Previously it would require a separate unique product record in ConnectWise to be mapped to each resource in Ingram. Now those resources will be aggregate and can be mapped to a single ConnectWise product allowing for a single invoice line item.

These aggregate bundles will appear in the Billing tab used for mapping with the agreement name “Aggregate Resources” as shown below with the red circle.

 

Previously, before aggregation support, each item of the aggregation would appear as a separate item and be mapped separately to a corresponding ConnectWise product item.
