If a user already exists as a contact in ConnectWise you can open that user's properties in AD and click the "link user" button. This will show a list of all of the ConnectWise contacts. Select the user from this list and click Ok – this will populate the ConnectWise tab in AD with the user's data. Click ok on the user's AD properties to submit the transaction to finalize the linkage.
