Migrate ConnectWise® Billing configuration from SOAP-to-REST

ConnectWise® is deprecating the use of their SOAP API by 12/31/2019

Follow these instructions if you need to change your ConnectWise® access configuration, to stop using the SOAP API Web Services and start using the REST API Web Services.

Instructions

1 — Locate and Go to the Configuration > ConnectWise® page
2 — Select the REST Web-Service option

Note: The SOAP settings will be stored even when the new configuration is saved

3 — Fill in the REST Web-service Public Key and the REST Web-service Private Key fields

Note: The Web-Service Host and Company ID fields remain the same).

4 — Click on the Next button To Review the Configuration page and then click Save to confirm the changes
