OU Override - Multi-Tenant Support

Configuration of ODIN properties is supported at the OU level of Active Directory so multiple tenants can be supported.

Open ADUC and right-click on the target OU and select properties. Click on the “Identity Syncronizer” tab

Then click the “Configure” button and the “ODIN” tab to configure the properties pertaining to this ODIN tenant. The database properties will be populated for you. It is critical that the checkbox for Override Base Configuration, circled in red below, be checked for the configuration to be active.
