mindSHIFT tab shows a number 4 when trying to link user

When trying to link a user to its corresponding account in mindShift (Active Directory Users & Computers console >> User >> Properties >> mindShift tab), after clicking on the Link button, a pop-up window will show the number 4 :



The number represents the error number from the PLAD's system, stating that the Domain Controller is not included in the white-list of servers allowed to communicate with that system.


You need to get in touch with the Plad's system support team, in order to get the server included in such white-list.
