Solution

Follow the step by step process

1.- Close any open instance of ADUC

2.- Open the windows control panel

3.- Go to add/remove programs

4.- Select Identity Syncronizer and click Uninstall

5.- Click on “Yes” in the uninstall dialog

6.- There will be several dialogs stating various IDSync components have been removed – click ok on these dialogs
(Note: these dialog boxes may pop under any open windows, so you may have to minimize other open windows to see them display)

Domain Controllers and Workstations on which you have installed IDSync's MMC tabs

1.- Close any open instances of ADUC

2.- Open Windows control panel

3.- Go to add/remove programs

4.- Select IDSync and click uninstall

5.- Click on “Yes” in the uninstall dialog

6.- There will be several dialogs stating various IDSync components have been removed – click ok on these dialogs

(Note: these dialog boxes may pop under any open windows, so you may have to minimize other open windows to see them display)

Additional Considerations
The above process will not remove the database or SQL instance that you use for IDSync because those components are not part of the integrated IDSync software package.
You may opt to leave the database in place or remove it via the Microsoft SQL Management Studio.

Also please be aware that uninstalling of the IDSync software does not automatically trigger a discontinuation of the assigned IDSync subscription.
We understand that it is sometimes necessary to uninstall and reinstall our software on updated hardware, therefore the uninstall process does not effect current licensing.
