Cancel the IDSync License for mindSHIFT

The recommended decommissioning process for removing IDSync from a customer’s site should entail the following:

Step-by-step guide

1.- Contact IDSync (support@idsync.com) and provide the License Key that you wish to have decommissioned


2.- Remove the Identity Syncronizer - Service and the Identity Syncronizer Attendant Client Service from the customer’s site. 

If possible, remove the IDSync software from the server where it's running :

Otherwise, maintain the IDSync services Disabled.


3.- Remove the Identity Syncronizer - Agent Service from each of the Domain Controllers for the customer’s Domain

If possible, remove the IDSync software from the Domain Controllers :

Otherwise, maintain the IDSync Agent Service Disabled.
