OU Override - Multi-Tenant Support

Configuration of Autotask properties is supported at the OU level of Active Directory so multiple tenants can be supported.

Note: At this time, the OU to be configured must have been created at it’s current location. It cannot be created and moved prior to configuration.

Open ADUC and right-click on the target OU and select properties. Click on the “Identity Syncronizer” tab

Then click the “Configure” button and the “Autotask” tab to configure the properties pertaining to this tenant. The database properties will be populated for you. Then follow the steps for Autotask configuration provided for the Management Studio.

It is critical that the checkbox for Override Base Configuration, circled in red below, be checked for the configuration to be active.
